Project Overview

The Azim Premji Foundation operates across rural India, delivering transformative education and public health programs. Its sister institution, Azim Premji University in Bangalore, is a hub for academic research, policy work, and faculty development.

Across these environments, AV systems are mission critical. But maintaining consistent performance across such diverse spaces—remote field offices, digital classrooms, training labs, and university auditoriums—was proving difficult.

Purpose

The objective of this project is to locate a contractor to provide one  year of Preventive and comprehensive service support of the Azim  Premji foundation. 

The AZIM PREMJI FOUNDATION requires professional services and  contractor cost proposals to perform Comprehensive and preventive  maintenance services of the facility’s Audiovisual (AV) System. The  Consular AV System includes integrated components including  displays, Switcher, amplifiers, speakers, microphones, Processor,  Camera, and other system components necessary for the proper  function of the Consular AV System. 

The objective of this comprehensive preventive maintenance  contract is to eliminate system malfunction, breakdown, and  deterioration when windows sound systems are activated and  operating.
