A leading enterprise client sought to upgrade their existing conference room infrastructure with a native Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) solution that delivers seamless collaboration, exceptional AV quality and simplified room control fully aligned with global Unified Communication standards.

Project Object

The goal was to implement an end-to-end MTR setup that eliminates technical complexity, improves meeting productivity and ensures consistent video and audio quality for hybrid participants across locations.  

Solution Delivered:

1. Display System: A 55” 4K UHD Professional Display was deployed to deliver ultra-high-definition visuals, ensuring sharp content clarity during presentations, screen sharing and video calls. The display supports 24/7 commercial-grade operation for reliable, round-the-clock use.

2. Video Conferencing System: At the core of this deployment is the Poly Studio X72 All-In-One Video Bar, offering:

• 4K Ultra HD camera with automatic framing and speaker tracking.
• Integrated stereo audio system for room-filling sound and minimal echo.
• Native Microsoft Teams application support, no need for external PC or codecs.
• Simplified installation via single network connectivity for video, audio, and control.

3. Touch Control Interface: A Poly TC10 Touch Controller (Black) was integrated for centralized scheduling, call management, and room control. The TC10’s intuitive interface enables quick meeting join, mute control, and content sharing, enhancing user adoption and ease of use.
4. Audio Enhancement: To ensure even sound pickup across the table, a Poly USB Table Microphone was installed along with a Poly Expansion Microphone Cable Extender Pack, allowing flexible placement and extended coverage for larger meeting tables.
5. Cabling & Connectivity: All signal routing and cable management were designed in compliance with AVIXA standards, ensuring optimal signal integrity and minimal latency. The system was engineered for plug-and-play operation while maintaining aesthetic integration within the meeting room interior.
