Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales:
Drive sales by identifying and engaging with potential clients for Managed Services. Develop a strategic plan to achieve sales quotas and build a pipeline of opportunities.
- Client Engagement:
Conduct product (software) demos, both online and offline, and convince potential clients to try out services. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Travel & Field Work:
Travel up to 80% of the time to meet with clients across locations, managing face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations.
- Lead Generation & Campaigns:
Manage lead generation campaigns through digital and offline channels. Execute campaigns that attract new clients and nurture leads through the sales cycle.
- Sales Quota Management:
Take ownership of sales targets and KPIs, ensuring consistent performance and achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual quotas.
- Technology Understanding:
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technology to better engage clients and offer informed solutions.Skills & Qualifications
- Education:Â Bachelors degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling services or software to SMB or enterprise clients.
- Technical Skills: Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts related to AV/UC Managed Services.
- Travel:Â Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time to meet clients.
- Communication:Â Strong written and spoken English skills. Ability to present and demo software effectively.
- Personality:Â Outgoing, with a strong personality to convince and close deals, and a collaborative, team-player mindset.
