Allwave AV Systems successfully delivered a comprehensive enterprise audiovisual (AV) deployment for SS&C Technologies at its Mumbai office, transforming conventional meeting and collaboration spaces into intelligent, hybrid-enabled work environments.

The project included the design, integration, commissioning, and optimization of multiple business-critical collaboration spaces, including a 50-seater training room, executive boardroom, cafeteria-cum-townhall, multiple meeting rooms, reception areas and digital signage network. Every space was engineered to deliver consistent user experiences, seamless collaboration, and simplified AV operations while supporting the evolving demands of hybrid work.

Leveraging industry-leading technologies from Poly, Biamp, Samsung, Sony, Logitech, Shure, Crestron, Atlona, Extron, Netgear, JBL, and AVer, Allwave created a standardized AV ecosystem that combines enterprise-grade reliability with intuitive usability. The schematic design incorporated advanced AV-over-IP connectivity, DSP-based audio processing, centralized room control, intelligent camera systems, wireless collaboration and scalable infrastructure.

SS&C Technologies is a global leader in financial services and healthcare software solutions, serving thousands of financial institutions, investment managers, insurance firms, and healthcare organizations worldwide.

As collaboration increasingly shifted toward hybrid working models, SS&C required modern workplace technology that could support executive meetings, employee training, company-wide communication, and day-to-day collaboration while maintaining enterprise-grade performance and operational simplicity.

The objective was not simply to upgrade meeting rooms but to create an integrated workplace ecosystem capable of supporting future organizational growth.

Scope of the Project

Allwave AV Systems was responsible for the design, integration, programming, commissioning, and optimization of the AV infrastructure across SS&C Technologies’ Mumbai office. The project included a hybrid-enabled training room, executive boardroom, cafeteria-cum-townhall, multiple meeting rooms, reception areas, and a centralized digital signage network.

From an engineering perspective, Allwave designed the AV infrastructure with AV-over-IP architecture, HDBaseT signal transmission, DSP-based audio processing, and centralized room control to ensure seamless interoperability across the workplace. The scope included infrastructure planning, signal flow design, rack integration, structured cabling, network integration, control system programming, and configuration of enterprise conferencing platforms, intelligent camera systems, wireless collaboration, and digital signage.

Advanced technologies such as Biamp Tesira DSP, Crestron and Extron control systems, Poly conferencing solutions, HDBaseT extenders, and Netgear managed PoE switching were integrated into a unified AV ecosystem. Comprehensive DSP tuning, camera commissioning, audio optimisation, control logic validation, and end-to-end functional testing were carried out to ensure reliable system performance.

The project was delivered as a scalable, enterprise-grade AV platform, providing SS&C Technologies with a standardized, easy-to-manage collaboration environment designed to support future expansion and evolving hybrid workplace requirements.

Allwave integrated a flexible training environment with dual Samsung 85-inch displays, Poly conferencing, Biamp DSP, ceiling microphones and speakers, and Extron control. Automated camera switching and Atlona HDBaseT distribution support seamless presenter and audience views for hybrid training.

2. Executive Boardroom Collaboration

The boardroom features Poly G7500, Poly E70 camera, Samsung displays, Biamp DSP, ceiling microphones, and Crestron AV distribution, delivering reliable video conferencing, content sharing, and clear audio for executive meetings.

3. Cafeteria-Cum-Townhall

The cafeteria was equipped as a multipurpose townhall space with a Sony laser projector, motorized screen, Shure wireless microphones, JBL ceiling speakers, Crown amplification, and Logitech control, enabling presentations, broadcasts, and company-wide events.

4. Standardized Meeting Rooms

Meeting spaces were equipped with intuitive collaboration technology to provide a consistent, easy-to-use experience for everyday meetings and hybrid collaboration.

5. Digital Signage & Reception

Digital signage was integrated across key common areas to support centralized corporate communication, visitor information, and dynamic workplace messaging.
