Lead the technical design lifecycle – from needs analysis and system architecture to detailed BOM
creation, schematics, and accurate project estimation. You’re the blueprint behind every installation.

Support Engineer

Be the technical backbone that keeps client environments running at peak performance. You resolve complex AV & control system issues, maintain SLA compliance, and build knowledge-base documentation that scales the team’s expertise.

Project Coordinator

Orchestrate multi-stakeholder AV projects from kickoff to handover. You coordinate engineering, procurement, and installation teams while ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations stay aligned.

AV Programmer

Write and deploy control system code, DSP logic, and user interface programs that power intelligent, automated AV environments. You turn engineering designs into seamless user experiences.

IT Engineer

Manage network infrastructure, UC platform integrations, and device management to ensure seamless AV-IT convergence. You’re the bridge between the IT stack and the AV ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

Core Responsibilities

Across all tracks, you’ll contribute to these key areas of our AV operations.

Product Expertise & SME

Maintain deep knowledge of AV hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Stay current with emerging technologies and conduct POC testing on-site and in-office.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Resolve complex client AV issues, customise control systems, and provide hands-on support for live events, conferences, and executive presentations.

Unified Communications

Deploy and support UC platforms including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom, and Cisco. Configure room reservation panels and large-room audio setups.

Client Demos & Onboarding

Deliver compelling demos of emerging AV technologies to prospects and clients. Help shape adoption strategies and train end-users on new systems.

Documentation & Ticketing

Maintain Jira support tickets, meet SLA commitments, and build knowledgebase articles from resolved incidents to reduce future resolution times.
