AV/UC Design Engineers

Role Overview

Location: Mahalaxmi, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• AV/UC System Design: Design comprehensive AV and UC systems for various environments including boardrooms, video collaboration rooms, and auditoriums, ensuring functionality and seamless integration
• Technical Drawings & Schematics: Create detailed system schematics, block diagrams, and CAD drawings to illustrate system architecture and signal flow.
• Technology Integration: Ensure the integration of AV and UC technologies such as video conferencing systems, control systems, display technologies, and audio solutions.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and design solutions that meet their needs and expectations.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare project documentation including bill of materials (BoM), equipment lists, and system design narratives. Communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration with Teams: Work in collaboration with project managers, engineers, and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery from design to execution.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Electrical Engineering, IT, or Audio Visual Technology.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in designing Audio Visual systems, with a focus on boardrooms, video collaboration rooms, and auditoriums
• Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in handling escalations and resolving issues.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with AV control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron) and Video conferencing platforms (e.g., Cisco, Polycom, Microsoft Teams). Experience with AutoCAD or similar design software.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and team members.
