Project Overview

Morning Star’s Platinum and Vishwaroop buildings house over 40 meeting spaces, including:

• Huddle, Small, Stand-up and Medium-Sized Meeting Rooms
• Four Large 16-20 Pax Meeting Rooms per Floor
• Four Training Rooms per Floor with Shure Dante-Based Tile Microphones

The goal was to upgrade the existing Logitech-based setup to a modern Poly-based AV system, while ensuring optimal display sizing, audio performance and seamless Zoom Native Room integration.

Challenges & Problems

Legacy Equipment & Limited Collaboration Experience
