Allwave AV Systems delivered integrated meeting room AV solutions in Mumbai for an established specialty chemicals company, covering three meeting rooms and the reception area.

The project included a 6-pax meeting room, an 8-pax meeting room and a 12-pax meeting room, each equipped with a Samsung 65-inch interactive display. Logitech video conferencing and audio solutions were integrated into the designated meeting spaces, while a Samsung professional digital signage display was installed in the reception area for corporate communication and visitor-facing content.

Allwave managed the end-to-end AV integration, including system design, equipment supply, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), documentation and end-user training. Despite delays in site handover due to ongoing architectural work, the AV installation, configuration and commissioning were completed within three days of execution. The project also includes 16×6 Network Operations Centre (NOC) support.

1: Achieving the Right Camera View in a Compact Meeting Room

The room geometry and available space in one of the meeting rooms affected the camera’s viewing angle. The camera was capturing too much of the floor, making the overall meeting view less suitable for video conferencing.

Allwave’s solution: The display mounting height was increased from 1,050 mm to 1,150 mm from the floor. This adjustment helped improve the camera’s framing and reduce the unwanted floor area in the view.

This on-site adjustment demonstrates the importance of considering room dimensions, display placement and camera positioning together during AV integration.

2: Completing the Installation Within a Compressed Timeline

The project was initiated in June 2026, but ongoing architectural work delayed site access until August. This left a limited window to complete the AV deployment.
