Allwave AV Systems partnered with a Leading Pharmaceutical Corporate Office to design and deliver a complete audiovisual transformation for its Mumbai headquarters. The organisation is one of India’s most respected pharmaceutical companies, with a strong commercial and research presence across the country. The Mumbai office serves as the central hub for leadership collaboration, client engagement, large-format corporate events and day-to-day internal communication.

As the organisation scaled its hybrid workforce model post-pandemic, investing in a reliable and professional corporate AV solution became a business priority, not just an IT task. The existing infrastructure consisted of fragmented and outdated systems that could not support the high-quality collaboration a global pharmaceutical leader requires. Leadership calls were unreliable, the auditorium lacked proper event infrastructure and there was no unified AV system across key spaces.

Allwave was brought in to change that. The scope covered two key spaces, the auditorium and the reception area along with full AV system integration, testing and commissioning. Our Approach

Allwave’s first step wasn’t selecting equipment it was understanding the people. Our team conducted detailed on-site assessments across every space and engaged directly with the stakeholders who use these environments every day, including IT leaders, facility managers, event coordinators and reception teams.

We evaluated how each space operates, identified who delivers presentations, determined the typical number of remote participants and documented the content requirements for reception displays. We also analyzed the technical and operational needs of the auditorium to support large-scale town halls and corporate events. The Solution

Auditorium — Zoom Room & LED Wall

The auditorium was the most technically complex space in the project. Allwave designed and installed a complete Zoom Room setup for large-format corporate use, powered by a Logitech Roommate compute appliance a dedicated device that keeps the system fast and consistent, without relying on a shared office PC.

Additionally, we installed a high-brightness LG LED wall as the primary display surface, delivering vivid, large-format imagery for both presentations and live video feeds. The entire system operates on single-touch control, making it simple enough for any staff member to use no technical knowledge required.

For audio, Allwave equipped the auditorium with a QSC ceiling and wall speaker system, ensuring clear and uniform sound coverage across every seat in the room. Additionally, the team deployed Shure wireless microphones, including both handheld and lavalier models, to give presenters complete freedom of movement on stage. Additionally, an AVer PTZ camera captures the room and enables seamless participation for remote attendees. Furthermore, SCT USB extenders ensure reliable, lag-free connectivity between devices across the auditorium space.

Reception — Digital Signage Solution

The reception now has a purpose-built digital signage system using Samsung commercial displays driven by BrightSign media players a combination widely trusted across the AV industry for reliability and content flexibility. The communications team can update announcements, brand messaging and event schedules directly, with no IT involvement required. What was once a static, silent space is now an active brand communication touchpoint.

Testing & Commissioning

All equipment was pre-staged and bench-tested at Allwave’s facility before reaching the site. By the time installation began, signal flows were verified, firmware was updated and configuration was largely complete. On-site time was spent on precise installation and fine-tuning not troubleshooting. Full commissioning included DSP tuning per room acoustics, Zoom Rooms certification testing and a user acceptance walkthrough with Sanofi’s IT and facilities teams before final sign-off.

The project completion deadline was met without any compromise on quality or specification.

Limited Site Access

The office was undergoing parallel interior fitout work throughout the project period, making access unpredictable and often restricted. Allwave followed a structured commissioning checklist and verified the audio, video, control and network integration end to end before signing off any space. The handover date remained unchanged.

Multi-Space Coordination
